Characters

Right now I only have a few characters that I really want in this, except I am not to solid on the name.

ALSO! I should mention this is taking place in current so even though I don't have a date down, its after the year 2000 and before the year 2015.


Name: Rei Reed
Race: Human
Sex/ Age: Girl/ 14
Bio: Sister to Ray Reed. Her father was interested in Japanese language when he named Rei so he chose one that meant beauty. Is taken care by their maid.
Personality: Quiet girl who can think of no one she loves more than her brother. She clings to Emma all the time as well as often communicates through Emma. Has abandonment issues do to the death of her mother, her fathers abandonment, and her brothers recent journeys across the world.
Physical Traits: Pure white hair despite being so young. Whenever possible just wears a nightgown and carries a teddy bear with her throughout the house always. (short story behind bear is that her brother won it for her at a carnival just before he left). Outside the house dresses in Victorian styled clothing

Name: Ray Reed
Race: Human
Sex/ Age: Boy/ 19
Bio: Left his home at 13 to explore. Before he left he promised his sister he would be back the second she needed him the most. The entire time he was gone their maid took care of his sister at their estate.
Personality: Quiet but intimidating. He has journeyed the world because he had wanted to. But he never did so in the lap of luxury, even though he could have. He journeyed because he was always searching for better ways to protect his sister, and he often learned this from gangs. In his absence he left Emma to making sure that there family money that their dad had left them upon abandonment kept growing. That way they could at least survive (their father had only left them 200$ and the maid because she refused to go work with him)
Physical Traits: 6' 2" tall. Muscly and has crimson red eyes. Due to his travels has fairly tan skin. Hair is naturally spiked and is solid black. Upon arriving back home only wears Gothic aristocrat clothing, in his gang days it would be goggles, open sleeveless vest, black skinny jeans and steel toed combat boots.

Name: Emma Samnu (both names are occuring in demons)
Race: Demon
sex/age: Women/unknown
Bio: Left the underworld to be with the humans she loves so much. Very few demons can actually do this, she can because her father is Lucifer the one in charge. She never tells the children her last name, her age or that she is a demon.Still has to take orders from children.
Personality: Doting towards the Reed children and has no choice but to act as a mother. Apathetic towards everything and everyone else. Absolute perfection as far as a maid goes. Has extensive knowledge on everything (all demons love researching everything they can about humans, and angels being their natural born enemy, she needs to have knowledge on them.)
Physical Traits: Extremely smooth, pale skin. 5'6" tall. Light grey glassy eyes. Crimson hair that flows just past waisteline. Wears a frilled black and white french maid outfit.

Preview Into My Endevour

Imagine the religions had it wrong, and angels were really the jerks and demons were those trying to help the survival of humans. If I can get a strong enough outline I am going to make a novel (maybe even expand it) about this exactly. But, I digress, the idea for this is that, God, Is dead. He was killed by the massive power of the angels he created. And satan and demons, are more like scholars who love the progression of humans. Angels however, fear the human growth, and when they attempt at the apocolypse. Satan is enfuriated by this so it is all out war with angels (which is a losing battle for demons because they have not fought in centuries). Right now I am trying to include humans without making it too cliche as far as books go. I am thinking it will be a group of teens looking for the gates to the underworld, accompinied by an anoying mythology tutor, who swears he has stumbled across a gate into hell.
